Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

There will NOT be any refunds once the design is elaborated and digital display is authorized as well as customer's prior consent is given.

We will issue refund only on items that are defective due to our manufactoring within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Please be advised your design may not be 100% identical to the design submitted at the time of the order, including color.

Send us a message with your claim including photographs showing the manufactoring problem or defect. This way we can promptly issue refund only for the defective pairs.
